Hornyak of West Homestead, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jantek and Julia Jantek (Kozma); her husband Michael Hornyak; her daughter Judith Hutchinson; and her brother Frank Jantek.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hornyak (Sandi) and Janie Hochlinski (John); and her grandchildren, Michael Eric, Matthew, Molli and Addi.
