He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Pachuta and Bernice Pachuta (Rushe); and his brothers, Terry Pachuta and Larry Pachuta. He is survived by: his wife June Pachuta; his daughters, Leanne Pachuta, Linda Pancoast (Thomas), Jessica Pachuta (Derrick Carlson) and Teresa Pachuta; and his grandchildren, Lincoln Pancoast and Laila Pancoast. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
