She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew B. Lesko and Mary Lesko (Fedor); her husband Stephen L. Kondis; her brother Alfred Lesko; and her half-sisters, Dorothy Cipa, Elsie Tirpak, Martha O'Connell and Bertha Starobranski.
She is survived by: her children, S. Jeffrey Kondis (Patricia), David Kondis (Jenifer) and Susan Sieger (James); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Dylan, Peyton Kondis, Nicholas, Adam Sieger and Keith McBride (Katrina); and her great grandchildren, Ophelia and Saga McBride. She is also survived by her husband and other family members and friends.
