She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Ondick; her children, Cindy Mains (Jeff) of Munhall and Thomas Ondick; her grandsons, Jonathan, Justin, Jacob and Joshua Mains; her brother John Ichenko; her niece Kimberly (Chris); and her great-nephew Luke.
