It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert C. Keener Jr. of West Homestead, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Keener (Ostrowski); his daughters, Lisa Kotar (Rich) and Rebecca Evanchak (Joe); his siblings, Rosemary Palmer (late Harold), Theodore Keener (Carol), Joanne Hazen and Linda Wunder; his grandchildren, Jenna Rosenberry (Jeremy), Sara Brady (Joshua), Rae Kotar, Emily Evanchak and Julie Evanchak; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Rosenberry and Scott Brady; and his brother-in-law Stanley Ostrowski (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
