He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Lewis; his wife Nancy A. Lewis (Griswold); his son Shawn Lewis; and his grandson Dustin Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Scott A. Lewis (Susan) of Tidioute, PA and Randy L. Lewis (JoAnn) of Pleasantville, PA; his grandchildren, Stacy A. Lewis of Clearwater, FL and Kelly R. Lewis of Clearwater, FL; his cousin Martha Kiffer; his grandchildren, Josh Lewis (Erica), Andre Armagost (Wendy), Meloni Lewis, Randa Lewis, Heidi Lewis, Sasha Lewis, Curtis Lewis (Danielle), Alyce Busch (Randy) and Rhiannon Toombs; and his great grandchildren, Laci Lewis, Simon, Olivia Armagost, Avette, Evan Auge, Kyle Shaffer, Hayden Fuller, Hunter Lewis, Ezra and Gabriel Busch.
