He is survived by: his wife Catherine Samborofski; his children, Kristin Fergel (Richard) and Thomas MacCollum, Jr. (Christine); his grandchildren, Kevin Fergel, Jordyn, Kailyn MacCollum and Jake Juliano; his brother William MacCollum (Joann); his nephews, Matt and Eric MacCollum; his sister Carol White (Tony); and his niece Amy Bonney.
