She was predeceased by: her parents, George Petrylak and Patricia Petrylak (Gorish); and her brothers, George, Randy and Joe Petrylak.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas F. Wallace; her children, David Katona Jr. (Renee) and Sonya Neely (Richard); her sisters, Patricia Gizzi (Mike) of Arizona, Antoinette Sypeck of Hazle Twp and Michelle Kendra of Freeland; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha Maggio, Lauran Sharp, Cole Sotack, Megan Sotack, Jessica Maggio, Michael Maggio, Thomas Sharp and Anthony Maggio; and her stepdaughters, Tammy Maggio (Mike), Cheryl Spare (Scott) and Janine Sotack.
