He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo L. and Eleanore Matushoneck, Sr. (Uchno); and his wife Martha Sofianek. He is survived by: his children, Monica M. Barton (John) of Glenside, PA, LeeAnn C. Bogacik (Frank) of West Hazleton and Leo L. Matushoneck III (Sarah Baker) of West Hazleton; and his siblings, Rosalie Halcisak (Joseph) of West Hazleton and Edmund Matushoneck (Joanie) of West Hazleton.
