She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Kachurak (Gene) of Palm Harbor; her grandchildren, Christopher Kachurak of Las Vegas, NV and Amanda Futrell (Corey) of Kenessaw, GA; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Emily Futrell of Kenessaw, GA; and her brother Anthony Yuscavage of Larksville.
