She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Hoppey (Wittig) and Thomas Hoppey; her husband Thomas A. Slusser; and her siblings, Carol Ann Seifert and Tommy John Hoppey.

She is survived by: her son Thomas J. Slusser (Kimberly); her grandsons, Jacob and Eli Slusser; and her sister Beverly Joan Hoppey. She is also survived by several in-laws, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
