He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann Frabriso Maloney; his daughter Virginia Maloney-Keagle (Doug) of Chevy Chase, MD; his siblings, Mark Maloney of Tulsa, OK and Marian Babbidge of Castro Valley, CA; and his granddaughter Lenley Keagle.
