He is survived by: his parents, Norman Lapham (Kathy) and Frances Connolly (Mike); his wife Connie; his sons, Timothy Jr. (Christine Walsh), Evan, Dylan and Gavin; his grandchildren, Skylie, Madison, Timothy III and Bryce; his siblings, William Lapham (Cecilia) and Rose Trimber (Joseph); his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Park and Gregory Park (Christine); and his mother-in-law Jacquelyn Oxenford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Warren's name to Penn Medicine Hospice Friends Fund.
