He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Lewis Downing Sr. and Virginia Barry Downing; his wife Lois Trout Downing; his children, Karen Brown (Randy), Carole Downing (Luc Filiaut), Thomas L. Downing III (Lisa), Donna Downing-Seiter (Fred) and Michael Downing (Sue); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Freas (Lisa), Noah Seiter, Paige Downing and Brooke Seiter; his great grandchild Regan Freas; and his close friend Lynne Baker. He was also cherished by friends, former co-workers and family; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
