He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquelina Miller, and Francis Miller, Sr.; and his brothers, Francis Miller, Jr., Joseph Miller and David Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen T. Miller; and his children, Kristin Henry (Harry), Kelly Kerley (Joe), Allison McGuire (Dennis), Patricia Watson, Christine Palmer (James), Lauren Voshell (Brandon) and Edwin Kelley IV (Christine). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
