He is survived by: his wife Paula Crossman Pennington; his siblings, Curtis Pennington (Sandy) of Downingtown, PA, Jannett Pennington Caldwell (David) of Avondale, PA and Regina Pennington of West Chester, PA; and his sister-in-law Annette Pennington of Oxford, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
