He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Kelly Sr. and Marie T. Kelly; and his children, Katherine Kelly and Paul E. Kelly Jr. Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elaine L. Kelly; his daughters, Kimberly Kelly, Jeanine Kelly Cubler (Jim), Jacquelyn Kelly and Megan Kelly; his grandchildren, Alyssa Rodden, Kalliann Rodden, Morgan Kelly, Brynn Rodden, Athan Vargiamis Jr., Nikolas Vargiamis, Ronan Cubler and Scarlett Cubler; and his siblings, William Kelly (Julie), Kathleen Day (Bob), Helene Shaw (Ron) and Sean Kelly.
Social distancing is to be observed.
