He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Jr. Tarr and Margaret Tarr; and his brother Harry P. Tarr. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Tarr; his children, Beth Winger (Phil), Kathy Coscia (Ralph), Debbie Menninger (Mark), Stephanie Snyders and Paul C. Tarr IV (Tina); and his grandchildren, Laura Winger, Erinn Brown (Kyler), Andrew Menninger, Jack Snyders, Kerri Menninger, Addison Tarr and Benjamin Tarr.
