He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Miller Malbone; his siblings, Nelson (Sharon) and Catherine "Kay" Jesmer (Steve); his children, Amy Johnston (Bruce) and Martin, Jr.; his stepson Gale Miller (Nancy); and his grandsons, Donny, Bradley and Andrew "A. J.".
