She was predeceased by: her parents, Geter Amidorse Sowers and Addie Bell Wirt Sowers of Princeton, WV.; her husband Edwin L. Boyer; her daughter Diana Boyer Reece; and her siblings, Frank, Willie, Geter Sowers, Madeline Sowers, Mildred Sowers Flanigan, Margaret Sowers Walters, Bessie Sowers DeMartino and Dortha Sowers Rambo.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry A. Boyer of Queenstown, MD and Robert S. Boyer of Bethany Beach, DE; her sister Betty Sowers Bailey of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Laura A. Boyer (Miguel), Christopher A. Boyer (Angela), Johanna Reece Birch (Daniel), Rebecca Reece Gilley, Megan E. Reece (Joe), Aimee Boyer Sauer and Brandon K. Boyer; her great grandchildren, Miranda, Derrick, Jacob, Angelina, Alyssa, Luke, Kane, Max, Jake, Ryan and Henry; her great great grandchild Josiah; and also, Thelma Boyer Thorne, Joseph R. Reece and Cynthia Gallante Boyer. She is also survived by three children.
