He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bennett and Hester Bennett (Peterson); his former wife Mildred Jane Bennett (Pennington); his wife Dolores Bennett (Ullery); his stepdaughter Kathy Carpenter; and his grandson Lewis Malone Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Elaine Jordan (Robert) of West Grove, PA. and Malone Allen Bennett (Sally) of Toughkenamon, PA.; his grandchildren, Brooke Norbert (Cameron) of John's Creek, GA., Fallon Manchin (John) of West Chester, PA., Devon Jordan (Colby Graffunder) of Oxford, PA., Alexis Bennett of Wayne, PA. and Aaron Bennett of Kennett Square, PA.; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jemma Manchin; and his siblings, Herbert (Lois) of Green Mountain, NC., Albert, James, Pauline Bennett, Mary Thomas, Ruth Bennett and Patsy Barnett.
