She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Leslie and Nellie Jackson Leslie; her husband John E. Hooven, Sr.; and her sister Jaunita "Bunny" Broomell. She is survived by: her children, John Hooven, Jr. and Bonnie Finn (James); her siblings, Jessie "Jack" Leslie and Nancy "Pat" Naylor; her grandchildren, James Patrick Finn (Andrea), Cindy Huver (Patrick) and Shannon Finn (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Ian, Kai, Zoe, Brooke, Harlow and Vada. She is also survived by her family and being a grandmother, and great-grandmother to her seven great grandchildren.
