He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kay Reed Mullen; his children, Gary Futcher (Lynn) of Benton, PA, Gail Schiefelbein (Bob) of Kimball, MN, James Gregory Mullen (Toni) of Myersville, MD and Andrea Kaufmann (Christian) of Cochranville, PA; and his sister Jane Vance (Gerry) of Chandler, AZ..
