He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Smith and Ruby Smith of Huntington; his siblings, Jack Smith and Rose Caldwell of Huntington; and his grandson Chase Prisk of Charleston.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle King (Don) of Charleston and Stacie Prisk (Andrew) of Winston Salem, NC; his grandsons, King of Kansas, Jonathon Prisk (Kerri), Zachary Prisk and Connor Prisk; his great grandchild Calvin Prisk; and his sister Sue Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
