Wilkins of West Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Lee Wilkins and Hazel Dadds; and his siblings, Bennett (Sonny) and Louise Mason. He is survived by: his wife Neva Spencer Wilkins; his brothers, Thomas (Vicky) of Salisbury, MD and James (Lisa) of Elkton, MD; and his children, Jack E (Frances) of West Grove, PA and Debbie Lodge of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by five step-children and their families, six grandchildren and their families, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
