He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Waters and Gertrude Nenneman Waters; his wife Evelyn Paisley Waters; his children, Elizabeth Spencer (Dennis), Mark Waters (Michele), Amy Sydenstricker and Colin Waters (Dawn); his grandchildren, Eric Spencer, Kevin Spencer, Peter Martelli, Stephanie Wezalis, Christopher Waters, Shelby Sydenstricker, Braden Waters, Nathan Waters, Dylan Waters and Payton Waters; and his great grandchildren, Bryce Spencer, Chase Martelli and Madison Martelli.
