It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence May Neff Combs of West Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Oxford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Neff and Mary Sherrer Neff; and her siblings, Charles Neff, Jr. and Katie Eshelman. She is survived by: her children, Brian Gary Combs of West Grove and Jennifer Combs (Shaun M. Combs) of West Grove; her grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe and Shanna Combs; her brothers, Bob Coates of Quarryville and Charles Coates of Rising Sun, MD; and her nieces, Cheryl, Vicki and Tracy.
