She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Eugene Paisley and Gladys Ella Paisley. She is survived by: her husband Harry L. Waters; her children, Elizabeth Spencer (Dennis), Mark Waters (Michele), Amy Sydenstricker and Colin Waters (Dawn); her grandchildren, Eric, Kevin, Peter, Stephanie, Christopher, Shelby, Braden, Nathan, Dylan and Payton; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Chase and Madison.
