She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Paisley and Frank Shull; her daughter Lauren Leo; and her brother Cheyenne Shull. She is survived by: her husband John Leo; her children, Jason Leo and Leslie Leo; her granddaughter Hayden Neill; and her siblings, Marcia Combs and Trinity Shull.
