He was predeceased by: his father David J. Millard. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Roberts Millard; his mother Barbara Dietrich Rizzo of Baltimore, MD; his sisters, Jackie Kramer (Steve) of Baltimore, MD and Jennifer Nichols (Brian) of Syracuse, NY; his nephews, Justin and Adam; his niece Nora; and his stepmother Judy Millard of Houston, TX. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law.
