With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Carr (West Grove, Pennsylvania), born in Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 14, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Carr and Nola Cagle Carr; and his sister Mae Teel. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jordan Carr; his children, Michael Carr of West Grove, PA and Lori Blacker (Steven) of Landenberg, PA; his brother Ben Carr (Michele) of Landenberg, PA; and his grandchildren, Joshua Blacker, Casey Blacker, Jennifer Zappacosta, Bethany Carr and Brennen Carr. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
