He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth A. Welling. He is survived by: his father Carroll L. Welling; his children, Kayla Tuttle (Junior) of Washington, Faith E. Welling (Adam Straight) of West Finley, Andrew C. Welling (Ike Sanney) of West Finley and Dylan M. Welling (Dom) of West Finley; his siblings, Steve Smith (Cindy) of Washington, Lynn Roupe (Pete) of West Finley, Charlie Welling of West Finley, Pearl Livingood (David) of Claysville, Sandy Brum of Ohio, Susan Smith of Ohio, Connie Smith of Ohio, Christina Fisher (James) of Ohio and Carl Welling of Ohio; his grandchildren, Daisy Tuttle, Ali Straight, Gavin Tuttle, Hannah Straight and Addilynn Straight; and his former wife Jennifer Welling of West Finley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
