He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spine and Louise Spine (DiClemente). He is survived by: his children, Joey Spine (Erin), Jennifer Simpson (Andrew), Justin Spine and Jessica Spine; his grandchildren, Blake, Parker, Charlee and Domenic; and his sister Karen Tarasi (Paul). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
