It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A Allum of West Finley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Allum and Dorothy White Allum. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Devenney; his children, David Lee Allum (Jodi) of Wintersville, OH, Tammy Locy (Gary Popham, Jr.) of Monongahela and Vickie Marcucci of West Alexander; his brothers, Ronald Allum (Judy) of East Finley and Randy Allum (Kathy) of East Finley; his grandchildren, Johnathan Allum, Sabrina Decker (Darren), Paige Locy, Alexis Allum, Dale Allum, Alaina Allum, Kaylin Lee, Hunter Lee, Devin Lemasters (Ronnie Drennen), Faith Locy, Seth Locy, Gary Popham III, Carly Popham and Bryan Marcucci (Mara McBride); his great grandchildren, Brandon Allum and Jeremy Decker; and his grandson Jeremy Allum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
