He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Babe" Lewis and Olive Lewis Stocker (Smith); his wife Patricia Lewis (Cole); his son Mark Lewis; and his brother Charles Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Giansante (Joseph), Michelle Lewis (Walter Lebetz) and Troy Lewis (Kendra); his grandchildren, Nicholas Giansante, Rachael Giansante (Lee Roy Jones), Patrick Lebetz, Jacob, Gabrielle, Kaden and Sawyer Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Peterson, Lee, Tara Jones and Dante Giansante. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
