She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henderson and Stella Henderson (Green); her husband William Glen Caruthers; her son Gary William Caruthers; her grandson Delmer Opfar (Jay); and her siblings, Thelma, Erma, Audrey and Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy E. Opfar (Delmar) of West Elizabeth, Ronald Glen Caruthers (Patty) of Taveres, FL and Karen Butterfield (Bryan) of Chicora. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
