He is survived by: his parents, Patricia A. Balaziuk (Oleh) and Robert J. Harper, Sr. (Beverly); his wife Jennifer Repkoe-Harper; his son Joshua A. Harper of West Easton; his siblings, Patricia H. Harper-Koch (William) of Palmer Twp and David C. Harper (Nancy Cramsey) of Bethlehem Twp; his niece Brittney Koch-Mickey (Colin); his son Cade; his nephew Logan Koch; his aunts, Maureen White (Donald) and Carol Harper-Herzog; and his uncle Bernard Ferris (Donna). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
