She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gara and Julia Szeker Gara. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Slack (Ron) and Matthew Houck (Julia); her brother Glen Gara; her grandchildren, Bradley, Amanda, Eric, Alyssa, Madison, Cade, Joseph, Carter and Josiah; her great grandchildren, Hanah, Masonn, Penelope, Sophia, Mia, Gianna, Ava and Milo; and her close friend James Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Finegan Funeral Home (4080 William Penn Hwy, Easton, PA 18045). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
