He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvy Turner Sr. and Iva Turner (Droll); and his siblings, Sandra Turner, Alvy Turner, Jr. and Lloyd Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Turner On (Natalie); his children, Kathy Maines (Beth Stephan) of West Decatur, PA, Thurmont, MD and Mark Turner (Terri) of East Berlin, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua Turner, Marissa Maines and Ashley Maines; and his siblings, Shirley Roberts (Henry) of Tallahassee, FL, Paul F. Turner of Hollidaysburg, PA and Wesley Turner (Judy) of Springville, NY.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
