She is survived by: her husband Mark Bowman; her siblings, Deborah D. Perks of Philipsburg, PA, Tammy Moriarity (Timothy) of Morrisdale, PA, Larry R. Perks (Cindy Greenawalt) of West Decatur, PA, Dennis R. Perks (Germaine) of Steelton, PA and Theodore F. "Ted" Perks, Jr.; her sister-in-law Mary Jane Perks of Philipsburg, PA; and her mother-in-law Catherine Ruth Bowman (Bateman) of Curwensville, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
