He is survived by: his close friend Iva Jean Bush; his daughter Betty Lockett of Houtzdale, PA; his siblings, Dorothy Morris of Woodland, PA, Carol Beck (Gilbert) of Houtzdale, PA, Foster Phillips (Edith Gonzalez) of Morrisdale, PA, Ronald Phillips (Jacqueline) of West Decatur, PA and James Phillips (Caroline) of West Deacatur, PA.; his grandchildren, Davis Lockett, Eric Lockett, Michael Lockett, Matthew Lockett and Melissa English; and his great grandchildren, Breanna Lockett, Ashley Lockett, Kayla Lockett, James Lockett and Tina Lockett.
