He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Franklin and Adah B. Shively (Kanouff); his granddaughter Tory Ann Pleskonko-Marvin; and his brothers, Richard and Robert Shively.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lynn Pleskonko (Michael) of West Decatur, Ray Franklin Shively (Debra McFall), Rhonda Kay Myers (David Shaw), Daniel Lee Knepp (Susan Renee Moore) and David Brian Knepp of Clearfield; his grandchild Twenty; and his sister Janet Pinto of Niagara Falls, NY.. He is also survived by Twenty-Five Great Grandchildren.
