Greenawalt; his daughters, Lori Ann of Tampa, Florida and Lisa Ann Perks of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Debbie Perks of Philipsburg, Tammy Moriarity (Tim) of Morrisdale, Dennis Perks (Gerry) of Houtzdale and Theodore Perks, Jr. (Debbie) of Allport; and also, Ashley and Tucker.
