Winters (Tuesday Passmore) of West Decatur, PA, Anthony Winters (Barb) of Hawk Run, PA and Arthur Winters of West Decatur, PA; her grandchildren, Tim Knepp (Cindy), Randy Kramer, Amanda Hanslovan (Ryan) and Megan Passmore; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Knepp, Hunter Knepp and Emmalynn Hanslovan.
