He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bush and Bessie Bush (Hazel). He is survived by: his spouse Tamarra J. Bush (Orr); his children, Tracy Koulikov (Vlad) of Warwick, NY and Jason Bush (Andrea) of West Decatur, PA; his brother Charles F. Bush (Nancy) of Larimore, ND; his grandchildren, Brynley Bush and Nadya Koulikov; his stepgrandchildren, Angela Koulikov, Rheiana Koulikov and Kevin Conklin; and his nephews, Aaron Bush and Chuck Bush.
