He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Winters and Wava Winters (Hampton). He is survived by: his children, Judith Chilcot (Richard) of Woodbridge, VA, Rev. Daniel B. Winters (Bonnie) of Philipsburg, PA and Timothy A. Winters (Tammy) of West Decatur, PA; and his brothers, Charles Winters (Georgia) of West Decatur, PA, Sherman Winters (Marjorie) of Hollywood, FL and Milton Winters (Edith) of West Decatur, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
