She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dixon and Hettie Dixon (Maines); her husband Howard C. Conklin, Sr.; and her siblings, Gloria Dixon, Beverly Eirich, Joann Dixon, Martha Dixon, Richard Dixon, Joseph Dixon and Luther Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda M. Quade of Houtzdale, PA, Howard C. Conklin, Jr. of West Decatur, PA and Arthur L. Conklin (Barb Crispell) of West Decatur, PA; her sisters, Violet Osewalt of West Decatur, PA, Barbara Quade (Ken Phillips) of Brisbin, PA, Dorothy Martin of Houtzdale, PA, Ethel Maines (Archie) of Osceola Mills, PA and Connie Beatty of Philipsburg, PA; and her grandson Charles M. Quade.
