He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Bush (Yarger); his daughter Barbara A. Billings (Nathan) of Philipsburg, PA; his brothers, John Bush (Nancy) of Dillsburg, PA and Barry Bush (Janice) of Osceola Mills, PA; his granddaughter Amanda D. Stiner; and his great grandchild Henslee Stiner.
