He was predeceased by: his parents, James, Sr. Vieard and Louise Vieard (Williams); his wife Pauline M. Gearhart; and his children, Donna Vieard and Charles Merrill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie K. Parada (John) of Philipsburg, PA and Linda B. Schnarrs of West Decatur, PA; his siblings, Judy Hockenberry of Kylertown, PA and James Vieard, Jr. of Bradford, PA.; and his grandchildren, John Parada (Jennifer) of Parsonville, Charles Parada (Shannon) of Philipsburg and Diane Vieard of Clearfield. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
