He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Matthew and Margaret Ruth Sullivan Matthew (McManus); his sister Mary Jane Sullivan; and his granddaughter Natalie Manzo. He is survived by: his wife Heather L. Sullivan (Wright) of West Conshohocken, PA; his children, Ashley Sullivan (Stephen Manzo) of King, Jordan Sullivan of West Conshohocken, PA and Colleen MacIntosh (Christopher) of Springfield, PA; his siblings, Daniel McManus Sullivan of Norristown, PA, Peter Sullivan (Pam) of Oklahoma, James Sullivan of Coatesville, PA, Becky Sullivan of Charlotte, NC, Craig Sullivan (Carrie) of Wayne, PA, Paul Sullivan of Newtown Square, PA and Rosemary Sullivan (Jessica Huver) of Havertown; and his granddaughters, Jocelyn Moyer, Sarah Manzo and Cailyn MacIntosh.
